How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the order or the quantity of the items in the order.
We also offer free shipping on orders over $150.00.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally. We also ship to the 50 United States, U.S. territories, and military PO boxes. If you are interested in placing an order and we do not currently ship to your country or you would like more information you can contact us and we would be glad to help.
When can I expect to receive my order?
As soon as your order is placed we do everything possible to have your order processed, packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible. Currently, more than 95% of orders leave our location in less than 1-2 business days. Take into consideration the distance between our location in Northern Virginia to your destination. We know you are anxious to get your orders and start scrapping, so we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible and we make sure it leaves our location fast.
Any orders received by 9am EST are shipped the same business day if they are placed after 9am EST they will ship the next business day.
Please note that if your shipping address is different from your billing address, there may be shipping delays if we determine that we need additional information from you to ensure that the order is not fraudulent.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships from our location, you will receive an email with complete information on what was shipped and a valid tracking number. That number can be used to track your package in transit. Click here to track your package.
It usually takes 1-2 business days from the time your order is received by our location for the order to be processed, packed, and ready for shipping.

If you are unhappy with any product you receive, you may return it, undamaged and unopened, within 30 days of the date we shipped it. We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of their package(s) as soon as their order is delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-day refund policy.
To qualify for the refund, product(s) must arrive at our location within 30 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it – unopened, unused, and undamaged. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged in transit will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If you believe there will be a problem with the product reaching us within the 30-day period, contact our customer service department to make special arrangements. We’re here to help and to work with you to find a solution.
For our customers’ protection, we maintain a very high level of quality control on products shipped out of Angelic Creations LLC. Once in a great while a customer will inform us that they open a product packaged by the manufacturer and the product is defective. In the event you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will give you directions on how to contact the manufacturer for a replacement product or in some cases, we will ship you a replacement.
If the return is due to our error, we will, of course, pay your return shipping costs.

Can I use more than one coupon on an order?
We only accept 1 coupon code per order. We do, however, offer sale prices and other promotional discounts that can be used in conjunction with coupon codes. If two coupon codes are entered into the coupon section of the online order form, neither coupon will be accepted.
